Internet technology has led to the development of e-commerce,and the development of e-commerce not only has driven the development of the express delivery industry,but also has driven the development of the instant delivery industry.The rapid development of the express delivery industry and instant delivery industry is inseparable from the contribution of each courier.They are responsible for the important role of the “last mile” distribution.In the past two years,the issue of labor protection for couriers has received great attention from all walks of life.This research will focus on the perspective of the rapid development of the express delivery industry in recent years and the rapid growth of the courier community in recent years,this is a relatively new and large group,the courier's occupational safety issues are urgent solved problem.The issue of occupational safety of couriers is related to the courier's own interests and is also closely related to the sound development of the industry.The promotion of the occupational safety of couriers has important implications for the healthy and orderly development of the economy and society.Therefore,it is necessary to study the issue of occupational safety of couriers.This thesis first combs the relevant theories and documents of occupational safety,so as to better understand the connotation of occupational safety.Theoccupational safety in this article refers to the safety and health problems of the laborers in the labor process,including both physical and psychological aspects.Second,through follow-up and interview with a number of couriers,participatory observation of their work,so as to better restore the courier occupation status and work details,to obtain first-hand information.At the same time,we collected second-hand materials such as online newspapers and used grounded theory to deal with data materials and obtained model theory.In the third chapter of this paper,based on the analysis of the basic situation of the questionnaire,the current situation of the occupational safety of the courier in Shanghai Songjiang District is described,including the demographic characteristics and other aspects of the courier's occupational safety.For example,the courier's working time is too long This kind of physical discomfort,working hours lead to irregular diet,physical discomfort,the nature of outdoor work leading to physical discomfort and multiple traffic accidents,physical discomfort caused by many physical labor,and occupational psychological insecurity caused by work characteristics.Overall,the results of the grounded theory were verified.Next,factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to test the models that were derived from the grounded theory.The study found that there are many problems with the occupational safety and mental safety of the courier,including multiple traffic accidents,physical illness caused by poor work environment,overwork caused by workload,psychological anxiety caused by work characteristics,tension,grievances,Stress,anxiety,even anger and other negative emotions.Overall,the status of the courier's occupational safety is poor.There are 9 factors that cause the poor status of the courier's occupational safety.There are nine factors,including the personal character of the courier,personal safety and health attitudes,personal awareness of safety and health,the company's investment in employee safety and health,and the management level of the company.Security culture,industry factors,government governance,and social environment.Through factor analysis and correlation analysis,these 9 factors were positively correlated with the courier's occupational safety.Regression analysis yielded 5 significant influencing factors.The order of magnitude of the impact of 5factors from large to small was: the company's investment in safety and health,individual's attitude towards safety and health,industry management,and personal safety awareness level.Personal character.Finally,according to the above research conclusions,this article gives relevant suggestions from four aspects: business,government,individual,and industry.
