In the process of China's economic and social development entering a new era,non-profit organizations,as the third sector, play an increasingly important r ole in providing public services, meeting individual needs, and making up for go vernment failures and market failures.Recognized by society and the public.Ho wever, the frequent resignation of non-profit organization volunteers has become a major threat to the development of non-profit organizations. Therefore,to explo re the factors affecting the turnover intention of non-profit organizations, while s atisfying the individual demands of volunteers, stimulating their potential, reducin g the losses caused by volunteers' separation, and providing a solid foundation fo r the healthy development of non-profit organizations.Based on the theory of civi l society, psychological contract theory and organizational commitment theory, thi s paper applies literature data method, questionnaire survey, interview survey and other methods to draw on the influencing factors model of turnover intention at home and abroad, and proposes two aspects from organizational factors and indi vidual factors.Hypothesis, and empirical analysis validates hypothetical conclusio ns.Based on the theory of civil society theory and organizational commitment t heory, this paper applies literature data method, questionnaire survey, interview su rvey and other methods to draw on the influencing factors model of turnover int ention at home and abroad, and puts forward hypotheses from both organizationa l and individual factors.Analyze and verify hypothetical conclusionsThis paper investigates and analyzes the tendency of volunteers to leave the non-profit organization.Through the issuance of questionnaires, the individual factors and organizational factors affecting the turnover intention of non-profit organizations were analyzed. At the same time, these factors were extracted and extracted.Through statistical analysis such as analysis of variance and correlation analysis, the factors affecting the turnover intention of volunteers were analyzed.Sorted in importance. This paper argues that the non-profit organization's incentive mechanism is not perfect and the volunteer's personal value is difficult to achieve is the main reason for the non-profit organization volunteers' turnover intention.Coupled with the frequent flow of part-time volunteers, there is no legal binding force between volunteers and institutions, which restricts the development of volunteer activities and even negatively affects the cause of volunteerism.Carrying out a series of organizational values and service skills training, strengthening legislation and government supervision, can achieve a win-win situation for the improvement of the quality of volunteers and the improvement of the effectiveness of non-profit organizations.
