Abstract/Summary:
In the process of social progress,the various problems of this shift,frequently appear in a broader field.Has shown the key role of the market and the government,this time has embarked on a "failure" of the road,involuntarily developed non-profit organizations in the settlement of social affairs in the new capacity.And the development of non-profit organizations,it is difficult to get away from the tens of thousands of services in the front line of service-conscious people to pay hard,they are volunteers.The majority of volunteers in the service of China’s economic construction,to help build a social system to help solve social problems and so played a positive role.However,China’s current non-profit organization within the volunteer construction is also facing many difficulties,such as the lack of awareness of the spirit of volunteerism,public participation is low,the great procedures to limit the development of volunteer activities in China.At the same time,non-profit organizations,the number of internal service staff,volunteer mobility is too large,difficult to participate in activities such as participation is also an urgent need to solve the key.The reason for the above problems is the lack of reasonable incentives for volunteers in nonprofit organizations.This paper starts with the present situation of encouraging the volunteers in the three organizations that do not take the benefit as the ultimate goal in Beijing,and adopts the way of field investigation,intuitively expresses the present situation of the current volunteer incentive with data and graphs,explores the influence of our nonprofit organization Volunteer incentives for the reason,and combined with foreign advanced experience on how to form a non-profit organization in line with the domestic form of volunteer incentives to provide some personal ideas.
