| In 2022,China officially entered the era of negative population growth,which is accompanied by an increasingly severe shortage of human resources supply and an aging population structure.The turnover tendency of female employees is mainly affected by the overall salary management of enterprises.Based on the perspective of enterprise total salary management,this thesis focuses on female employees with social attributes and family attributes,conducts in-depth research on various thematic materials related to "total salary","turnover intention" and "female employment and femininity",and discusses the key factors variables affecting female employees’ turnover intention in total salary from various levels.Inspired by Lewin’s field theory and Price-Mueller(2000)theoretical model,this thesis innovatively constructs the "equilibrium field of female employee’s tendency"which affects female employee’s turnover tendency.And through the empirical analysis of "female employee turnover intention balance field" and "time control","price value rationality","emotional psychological balance","female growth" of four key variables.It is found that there is a significant negative correlation between turnover intention of female employees and "autonomy of time control","balance of emotional psychology","rationality of price value" and "female growth power"."The rationality of price value" has a weak influence on female employees’ turnover intention,which can be used as a health factor to manage female employees’ turnover intention.Based on the above conclusions,the study believes that enterprises should:(1)combine the material needs,spiritual needs and value realization needs of female employees to reflect the personalized needs of female employees.(2)Take the construction of career development channel for female employees as the basic work,and help female employees formulate their career development direction according to the strategic development goals of the enterprise.(3)Pay attention to the psychological construction of female employees,and help female employees achieve emotional and psychological health and balance.(4)Pay attention to the all-round development of female employees,especially the sustainable development ability of female employees.(5)Let female employees see explicit income and implicit income fully and completely. |
