Research On The Ability Of The Government To Develop Tourism Industry Under The New Main Contradiction

Nowadays,the main contradiction of socialism has been transformed into a contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate and unbalanced development.In other words,only by promoting the full and balanced development of the economy and society can we meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.As a pillar industry in China's tertiary industry,tourism is a fast-growing industry in China,which has effectively boosted the rapid growth of the national economy.The achievement of these achievements is derived from the full use of the government-led tourism development strategy.At this stage,only by fully exerting the government's management functions can we promote greater progress in tourism.Based on this,this paper attempts to explore the government's ability to develop the tourism industry under the new main contradiction based on the government's ability theory and the tourism industry development theory.On the basis of combing relevant research literature,the thesis designs an interview outline and goes deep into the investigation of Taishun County in Wenzhou City.The study found that the current tourism development in Taishun County is incompatible with the people's hopes for the development of tourism industry.The government's tourism planning is one-sided,the government is the only provider of tourism public goods and services,and industry supervision.Insufficient strength and insufficient support for tourism talent policy.Based on these problems,this paper uses the theory of government capacity and the theory of tourism development to propose that the future government should integrate cultural and tourism,enhance planning capabilities,strive for multi-subject support,enhance tourism resources,optimize tourism management systems,and improve administrative management capabilities.Intensify investment,improve public service capabilities and other means to alleviate the contradiction between the people's better living needs and the supply of government tourism products and services,thus promoting the qualitative change of tourism.
