Study On The Reformation Of Prisoners Of The Rural Prisoners In H Prison

As a national publishing organization,the prison shoulders a great responsibility in punishing and remoulding criminals.It has three important methods in daily management,which are labour reform,cultural education and prison administration.How to guide the released people to become law-abiding citizens and contribute to society is an important project for the prison.Due to China’s specific national conditions,the rural population accounts for about 65 percent of the national population.Therefore,rural crime has become a prominent problem affecting social stability.In our province,rural prisoners constitute the major parts.However,they don’t get any special treatment in the prison’ s management.Hence,it is significant to study and research the reform of rural criminals.In this paper,we use questionnaires and interviews to analyse the affecting factors in reforming rural prisoners.Also,we research the problems of the Prison H.Last but not least,we try to present some advice and proposals according to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and incentive model.This paper is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,we demonstrate the research background,the research significance and the research status at home and abroad.In the second chapter,we introduce and define the concepts and the theory.In the third chapter,we show the research results and put forward some conclusions.In the fourth chapter,we use Maslow’s demand theory to analyse the problems in reforming the rural prisoners.In the fifth chapter,we study the problems of Chapter Four and try to find out the reason.Finally,in the sixth chapter,we put forward some advice and proposals based on Maslow’s incentive model.This paper is aimed to find out and solve the problems in prisons’ daily management by analysing the rural prisoners in Prison H.I hope that this article can provide some value for prisons of the whole province and even the whole country.
