With the acceleration of the aging population and the proportion of the elderly residents, pension security is increasingly prominent. Xianxia subdistract has more than 18,000 people over age 60, about the total population,24.8%, which is a higher degree of aging of the community. This study aimed to summarize Xianxia subdistract service system for the olds, combined with population characteristics, status and other community services, to further improve the service system for the old path and strategy.In this study, to explore the old Xianxia subdistract service system for the purpose of summing up Xianxia community service system for the old practice groups in elderly residents of the old service system on the concern for the degree of concern about the rate and degree of satisfaction with the community to find Xianxia the old service system and causes problems, on this basis to further improve the Xianxia community geriatric services, pension services to promote community development, thereby ensuring livable communities for older residents of the formation.5 sub-sections of this article on how to improve the service for the old in Xianxia subdistract:Chapterâ… as part of the introduction derived the theoretical and practical significance.Chapterâ…¡discusses the physiological needs of the elderly in Xianxia subdistrict, safety, social interaction, respect, self-realization and the characteristics of the old service.Chapterâ…¢further discusses the services and project for the elderly through investigation.Chapterâ…£analyzes disadvantages of the service for the eldly and finds the Method to the disadvantages.Chapter VI:Conclusion.
