Current Situation And Countermeasure Research Of College Students' Network Public Ethics In New Era

With the rapid development of information technology,the network has become more and more deeply integrated into the whole process of people's production and life,changing the traditional way of communication,stimulating a new economic and social form.However,while the Internet has brought a lot of convenience to our life,the phenomenon of network public morality has been frequent,which has disrupted the network social order and polluted the cyberspace environment to certain extent.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Stepping into a new era,we must accelerate the construction of strong cyberpower,strengthen the construction of Internet content,establish a comprehensive network management system,and create clear network space.Through questionnaire survey,this paper grasps the first-hand information of the status quo of college students' network morality,and suggests countermeasures to strengthen college students' network moral qualities.This research has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly uses literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,inductive summarization method to study the status quo and countermeasures of college students' network morality in the new era.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly describes the research background and significance of this paper,and the review of literature research at home and abroad.The second part is an overview of the related concepts of the new era and network public morality.It sorts out the relationship between network public morality,social morality and network morality,and proposes the necessity of improving college students' network morality in the new era.The third part summarizes the questionnaire survey,and discusses the current situation of college students' network ethics in the new era from the aspects of general situation and specific problems.This paper makes reasonable attribution from six aspects: the lack of self-discipline of college students,the psychological needs of college students to vent their emotion and release their pressure,the inadequate supervision of campus network,the lag of college students' network public morality education,the low emphasis on family network public morality education and the impact of multicultural thoughts;The fourth part puts forward thecountermeasures for the construction of college students' network morality from five aspects: theoretical foundation,college moral education,college students,family education,network legislation and supervision.Among them,the content of the network public morality construction is strengthened,and the content of strengthening the network morality of college students is as follows: Marxist morality guides the construction of college students' network morality,leads the direction with socialist core values,nourishes the network literacy of college students with excellent traditional culture;strengthens the network of colleges and universities Public moral education,the standardization of college students' network morality behavior includes: setting up network public moral education curriculum,strengthening college network psychological education,strengthening college network legal education;improving college students' network cultivation,establishing network public moral awareness;and improving college students' "introspection" And the ability to "cautify independence" to cultivate college students' ability to resist stress;to attach importance to family basic education,and to build on the foundation of network ethical awareness: to improve parents' educational ability,strengthen communication and care;strengthen network legislation and supervision,and create a good network environment.The content includes: improving network legislation and strengthening supervision of campus network technology.
