Research On The Influence Of Network Subculture On College Students’ Values And Its Cultivation

With the development of the times and the progress of society,social culture is gradually showing a trend of diversified symbiosis.While the rapidly developing internet information technology has a profound impact on people’s learning and life,it also provides a broader space for the spread and development of network subculture.Culture is the bearer of values,and network subculture is a subordinate culture different from the mainstream culture,which contains various ideologies and concepts and has various influences on people’s value perception,value judgment and value choice.Youth is in the prime of life,and struggle is in the right time.As the main force of socialist construction,the value orientation of college students is related to the value orientation of the future society.It is important to guide them to correctly understand and rationally treat the network subculture and establish correct and firm values.Network subcultures are novel in form and diverse in content,providing a free space for college students to vent their emotions,release pressure and seek identity,and have a strong attraction to young college students,influencing the formation and changes of their values.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the connotation,types and characteristics of online subculture and exploring its relationship with values,it is very important to carry out empirical research through literature research method and questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of college students’ cognition,participation and influence on online subculture,so as to deeply analyze the double influence of network subculture on the values of contemporary college students.While enhancing the sense of belonging of college students,helping them relieve emotional stress and speeding up their socialization process,network subcultures promote,enrich and coalesce their value identity,value experience and value consensus,but they also have negative impacts on college students’ values,such as less firm ideals and beliefs,weakened sense of social responsibility,utilitarian career selection,symbolization of consumer values and tendency of aesthetics to be vulgar.The rapid development of economy and society,the insufficient education guidance of colleges and universities,and the diversity of spiritual and cultural needs of college students have given opportunities and space for the development and spread of network subcultures to influence college students’ values.It is found that it is not advisable to adopt the management method of combating and suppressing the network subculture in order to deal with the negative influence brought by them.We should change our thinking,change the problem perspective to the advantage perspective,and look at the network subculture and its influence rationally.From the four aspects of society,cyberspace,universities and college students themselves,we should build educational synergy to lead the healthy development of network subculture,regulate its dissemination platform,give full play to the positive influence of network subculture and weaken its negative influence,so as to provide targeted countermeasures to deal with the influence of network subculture on college students’ values.
