Research On Coping With Online Public Opinion Crisis Involving Public Security In Shangrao

At present,China is undergoing comprehensive and deep reform and openness.As to break the original class form and enter to deep-water zone and more difficult period,social ideas are changing while conflicts between classes are more and more serious,which easily causing dissatisfaction of the people towards the public security.Meanwhile the public security was involved to a lot of none-police activities,such as requisition and interception,etc.shifting more conflicts to the policemen.Once a tiny mistakes or delay of the investigation were found by the public,the public security would be under suspect ion,while public opinion crisis would damage the reputation of the police.At the mean time,new media and we media are developing quickly,such as blog and we chat,providing more power and space for the crowd to deliver their thoughts than ever.Openness is one of the characteristics of the internet,giving the internet an opportunity to become the main field for social opinions.Everyone could express themselves,triggering all kinds of emotions and conflicts which are easily become hot topics online.These bring more challenges to the public security.Shangrao has developed better than many of the cities in Jiangxi,acquiring a lot in recent years.Research on coping with online public opinion crisis involving public security in Shangrao is good for protecting reputation of the public security.This paper adopts literature research method,comparative analysis method,qualitative analysis method,case analysis method and other research methods,taking the response to police-related online public opinion crisis of shangrao public security organ as the research object,the research results of domestic and foreign experts were fully referred,based on the analysis of 5 cases,the measures and rules of the public security organs in shangrao city to deal with emergencies and negative public opinions related to the police network are deeply studied.Although the public security organ of shangrao city has established its working system and public opinion working institution,there are still some problems,such as insufficient understanding of public opinion work,insufficient ability to control public opinion,imperfect coping mechanism and insufficient participation of social forces.This article is consist of 6 parts: increasing the acknowledgement of the public opinion crisis involving public security,fulfilling the system to deal with the public opinion crisis,completing the process to solve the crisis,building our own field online and strengthening the management of our policemen.They are strategies for public opinion crisis,which could be used in practice as a reference.
