Research On The Relationship Between Community Autonomy And Residents' Satisfaction

The report of the 18 th National Congress pointed out that "the most effective and extensive way for the people to become masters of their own country is to directly exercise their democratic rights,manage public affairs and public welfare at the grassroots level,exercise self-management,self-service,self-education and selfsupervision,and exercise Democratic supervision over cadres.It must be promoted as a basic project for the development of socialist democratic politics.We need to improve the dynamic mechanism of grassroots autonomy led by grass-roots party organizations,expand the scope of grassroots autonomy,improve the Democratic management system,and build urban and rural communities into communities of social life with orderly management,improved services,and peaceful civilization.This points out that the construction of urban and rural communities is the basic unit for the development of grassroots democracy.To do a good job in community governance and to develop grassroots democracy with direct participation is the way forward for real urban community governance and citizen participation,as well as the basic starting point for theoretical research.At present,Chinese society is undergoing a period of rapid transformation.New phenomena and new problems are constantly emerging.The relationship between social structure,social functions,people's lifestyle and needs,and social organizations is increasingly diversified.The community is the epitome of society,in which complex relationships and problems are reflected through the community.Community governance is a complex system engineering,involving all aspects of social life.With China's reform and opening up and the Advancement of the socialist market economy system,we will explore the community governance model under the diversification of community governance,and require community organizations and community residents and non-governmental organizations to jointly bear the responsibility for community construction,responsible government and responsible residents.They have the same important position in community governance.Through the platform of community governance,they balance the relations between multiple governance subjects and build a community governance system of equality and mutual assistance.Due to the irregularities and traditions of government behavior & Quot;Unit &;Quot;Of civil society,There are still many problems in urban community governancein China: the concept of community governance is old and backward,the system of community governance is not good,the mechanism of community governance is not perfect,the legal system of community governance is not perfect,and the quality of community governance is not high.Due to the emergence of various problems,the development of urban community governance in China has brought enlightenment that multi-center governance is based on autonomous governance and allows multiple power centers or service centers to coexist.By giving citizens more choices and better services through collaboration,they seek to achieve an ideal order,namely democracy,cooperation,and consultation.The author believes that the basic suggestions for improving the governance of urban communities centered on the multivariate governance in China should be to further innovate the concept of community governance,reform the community governance system,improve the community governance mechanism,improve the community governance legal system,and improve the quality of the community governance subject.In order to build a multivariate governance body balance,mutual assistance,coordinated development of the community governance model..
