On The Analysis Of The Feasible Path Of "Xinxiangxian" To Help Rural Grassroots Social Governance

The so-called "Xinxiangxian" refers to those who stand out from the rural areas in the current social development,have certain social influence,have good morality and noble feelings,and are actively engaged in the construction of their hometowns,and can contribute their own strength to the modernization of rural areas.Talented person.In recent years,the discussion on how to promote the rural grassroots social governance of the return of Xinxiangxian has aroused social concern.However,from the current actual situation,it is only in the superficial theory and call to promote the better participation of Xinxiangxian in rural governance.How to change the practical activities from theoretical exploration and solve the potential risks of Xinxiangxian's participation in rural grassroots governance still needs long-term exploration and practice.Therefore,this paper systematically analyzes the feasibility of "Xinxiangxian"participating in rural grassroots social governance based on the research of the"Xinxiangxian" theory based on the use of the literature method and the field visit method,and understands the participation of "Xinxiangxian" in rural areas.Based on the status quo analysis and practical problems,the author tries to put forward an effective way for the "Xinxiangxian" to take root in the rural land,such as constantly improving the rural governance environment,promoting the enthusiasm of Xinxiangxian to return home,and further improving the situation.The construction of excellent talents system in rural areas,the effective use of talents,and the establishment and improvement of the institutional mechanisms for the participation of villagers in village management.Through research,this paper believes that Xinxiangxian,as a traditional traditional culture,can play a huge role in the current social grassroots governance.It can not only play a role in the social grassroots governance innovation from the cultural level,promote the establishment of good rural virtues,but also be able to serve rural areas.Development brings more resources to effectively promote rural economic development.Solving the problems existing in the current rural grassroots governance can greatly help.
