At present,China's administrative organs at all levels are trying to improve the incentive mechanism of civil servants,has issued a lot of policies and regulations,on the whole,civil servants incentive work has achieved good results.However,from the perspective of operation,the current incentive mechanism is often designed by civil servants as a whole,without detailed classification of civil servants and ignoring the consideration of the particularity of civil servants at different levels.In practice,township government civil servants have many characteristics,such as large population,low administrative level,low salary,direct to the masses,etc.,how to stimulate the work enthusiasm and creativity of township government civil servants has become a hot topic at present,also has become an important problem that needs to be solved immediately.Yucheng LiuJi Township is a typical agricultural township,in regard to civil servant incentive LiuJi Township currently has its own set of practices,and also made some achievements,but,with the development of economy,GaiXiang incentives also came to the more can not adapt to the needs of the work,in practice,there have been many problems,making GaiXiang incentive mechanism operation impeded,therefore,how to "township civil servants" of this special group to effective incentive to become the focus of the work need to be studied.This paper focuses on the civil servants of township governments,introduces the theories and methods of incentive mechanism into the field of public management,and analyzes the problems of incentive work in liujixiang through consulting materials,literature,making questionnaires and other methods.First,the paper analyzes the characteristics of township civil servants.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey,discussion visit and field survey,this paper collects the current situation of incentive problems of civil servants in liuji township,and finds and summarizes the problems existing in incentive problems of civil servants in liuji township.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems in the incentive of civil servants in liu jixiang,this paper makes an optimized plan for the incentive of civil servants in liu jixiang,and timely tracks and interviews the implementation process and effect of the plan to understand the effect of the incentive work reform.Based on the characteristics of the township civil servants,this paper points out the existing problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of the township civil servants,and then puts forward feasible Suggestions for the development of the incentive work of the township civil servants,in order to improve the work enthusiasm of the township civil servants,improve the work efficiency of the government and the quality of the civil servants.
