Study On Social Adaptability Of Children In Social Work Promotion Dilemma From The Perspective Of Social Ecosystem Theory

In recent years,the national government and related scholars have paid more and more attention to the "children" group,especially children in distress.In 2013,the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued a notice on the pilot work of the construction of a moderately inclusive child welfare system,and in 2016 the Opinions issued by the State Council on Strengthening the Protection of Children in Need,on the one hand,the relevant child welfare system and service system were improved,and on the other hand,the classification guarantee system was established for children in need.And establish and improve the child in need of the protection work system,to protect their growth from harm.However,in recent years,more and more things about the rights and interests of children in distress have been violated,such as the death of children poisoned by Children,the abuse of girls in Qingzhen and so on.Incidents of child injury are occurring or have occurred without the knowledge of the general public.When we protect the rights and interests of children in need through policies and so on,we also need to take relevant measures to ensure that children can develop smoothly as they grow up,so as to better adapt to society.The author was involved in the Project for The Children’s Hope Relief Foundation when he interned.During the visit to the children in distress,they were found to be not only suffering from family poverty,but also ridicule from their peers,and external environmental factors made the children in distress self-deprecating,learning autonomy is poor,and then led to some biased behavior,such as: lying,fighting and so on.And it is these findings in the internship that make me think constantly that perhaps children in need of more than monthly financial aid,but also to adapt to schools and communities like ordinary children,with their own peer groups.Therefore,this study takes the difficult children as the service object,takes the social ecosystem theory and the advantage view theory as the basis,uses the form of the scale,and understands the problems of the children in the family,school and community.Through the development of group social work,let the group members in the strengthening of self-confidence,rational self-awareness on the basis of continuous adjustment of psychology and behavior,and actively adapt to society.Summarize the effect of this study,explore the feasibility study of the group’s working methods in improving the social adaptability of children in distress,as well as the shortcomings in the study,and put forward some countermeasures to improve the social adaptability of children in distress.At the same time,it is hoped that this study can provide some reference value for the practical experience of social work for children in difficult circumstances.
