Digital Management Of Economic Archives In Xuzhou Economic And Technological Development Zone

To improve government effectiveness is the foundation of the government’s good governance in today’s era.It is the norm of government’s policy behavior and the standard of institutional reform.With the increasing development of information technology,people’s production and life cannot be separated from the support of Internet.The important link of efficiency improvement is to realize information and digitization,to highly increase government effectiveness,and to make public service more convenient and human natural.The research theme of this paper is the digital management of economic archives,and I chose Xuzhou economic and technological development zone as the research object.Xuzhou economic and technological development zone is a state-level development one with a deputy departmental level and it has plenty resources and policies which is superior to those of other regions.The issue of economic development is the center of all the work in this area.The economic archives are the historical and realistic imprint of the economic work within the government departments of the development zones,and their status is very prominent.The digital management of economic archives is the only way for the fast-paced development of the zone.At present,the digital management of the economic archives of the Xuzhou economic and technological development zone is relatively lagging behind in terms of platform,manpower,and mechanism.Therefore,it is imperative to take multiple measures to promote the digital management of economic archives.On the basis of describing the present situation of economic archives management in Xuzhou Economic and technological Development Zone,this paper analyzes the experience of digital management of relevant archives at home and abroad,and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of digital management of economic archives combined with the reality of the development zone.From the collection and verification of original data,the analysis of data into database to the retrieval and query of data files and the sharing and utilization of file platform,each link needs high-quality hardware equipment carrier with perfect software development function and professional system operators.To improve the efficiency of archives utilization,it is necessary to cooperate with other departments,to construct the network platform of information connection,and to break the decentralized departmental system of "fragmentation",achieving for the elimination the information barrier,and for the promotion of the guiding role of economic data resources to the economic development.The economic archives management of Xuzhou Economic and technological Development Zone has the significance and conditions to achieve digitization.We should rely on the background of large-scale reform and the support from platform construction,to actively improve the digital management system of economic archives and the development of functions,and to form a new model of digital management of economic archives for the economic development zone.
