Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zones to attract investment and economic development as the important task,driving the Nanning region’s economic and industrial development.In recent years,with the increasing number of social affairs in the jurisdiction and the deepening of institutional reform,the implementation of the current incentive mechanism has been restricted,resulting in a large number of functional,functional,service-oriented,public welfare work lack of manpower,it is necessary to establish a new incentive mechanism to solve the problems existing in the current incentive mechanism of labor dispatch.In the light of the actual situation of my work,I have expounded the concepts of the National Development Zone,the Management Committee of the National Development Zone and labor dispatch by consulting a large number of relevant books and literatures,based on the incentive theories of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,addams equity theory,Literature Review,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and Comparative Study,it is found that there are some problems in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zones Management Committee,such as unfair salary system,unreasonable performance evaluation index,less training opportunities,lack of promotion and career development planning.The main reasons are that the salary system is not perfect,the performance appraisal mechanism is not scientific,the personnel training mechanism is not perfect,the promotion mechanism is not perfect and the human resources management planning is not perfect.And by drawing on the experience and practices of the five domestic development zones,finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing the salary system,perfecting the performance appraisal system,perfecting the personnel training mechanism,perfecting the promotion mechanism,formulating the career development plan,providing more spiritual rewards,etc.the aim is to maintain the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism for Labour dispatch and to promote the stable and healthy development of the Economic and Technological Development Zones in Nanning.
