A Study On The Relocation And Centralized Resettlement And Reconstruction Of Immigrant Social Relations Network

Poverty is becoming more and more prominent in the development of human society,and poverty eradication is an unavoidable topic all over the world.China is the largest developing country in the world.The government has always regarded the problem of poverty as the key to maintaining stability and realizing the great plan of reform and development.As the "top project" in the strategy of precision poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,the government-led project of poverty alleviation and relocation in the new era is aimed at a few mountain areas and desertified areas where natural conditions are poor,resources are scarce,and basic production and living conditions are seriously lacking.In accordance with the voluntary principle of farmers,the policy of relocation should be implemented according to local conditions.As a poverty-stricken county in Shanxi Province,most of the poor population live in the fragile ecological areas with the main mountain houses and shops,and it is difficult to continue to rely on the old conditions for development in X county.With the development of relocation,the changes and characteristics of migrant groups’ social relations network in the process of getting rid of the plight of livelihood,which seems to have a potential impact on the logic and strategy of farmers’ actions,can not be ignored.This paper takes the relationship between resettlement and resettlement as the analysis frame,the interaction of immigrant groups and community governance as the perspective.Through field investigation in X County,Luliang City,Shanxi Province,the causes of poverty,production and living conditions,and the progress of relocation and resettlement are clarified.Further analyzing the change and integration of the social network of migrants from relocation to settlement,we find and reveal the structural and non-structural defects in the present situation of resettlement.This paper discusses the main problems existing in the daily interaction of immigrants after centralized resettlement,and provides valuable reference for improving the implementation of immigration policy and work.It is found that immigrants construct their new interpersonal networks in resettlement areas,especially the influence of communities in the construction of network relationships.In addition,there are certain risks in the whole process of migrants acquiring specific social relations and realizing transformation and development in different fields of activity,especially the contradictions that will be faced in the course of subsequent development will become increasingly prominent.The author also points out that the government should play a role in the process of migration and the development of immigrants themselves.
