Analysing The Development Obstacle Of Rural Legal Aid And Strategies Presented,Based On Minhou County

Legal aid refers to a lawyer from legal aid system institution established by the government,provide free legal services to the people who are in financial difficulties or special cases.900 million of China’s population are the rural population,and 2/3 of poverty population are also located in rural areas.It determines that the rural vulnerable groups are the majority of legal aid recipient groups.The protection of judicial human rights,and the realization of judicial justice,is the most important in the rural area.Taking Minhou County as the research area,the author conducts a questionnaire survey on the status of legal aid in the local rural areas,analyzes the status of legal aid in the rural areas of Minhou County,explores the obstacles to the development of legal work in the rural areas and its underlying causes,expounds in detail the specific experience and lessons of legal aid work in Minhou County,and takes specific cases as examples.The form shows the important role of rural legal aid.In view of this,we put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the current legal aid work in rural areas.This paper is mainly divided into six parts:the first part mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the study and research methods,while listing the domestic and foreign research on this situation;the second part mainly elaborates the related concepts of legal aid and its legal theoretical basis;the third part mainly introduces the rural legal aid in Minhou County.In the fourth part,the author analyzes the obstacles to the development of rural legal aid in Minhou County and their underlying causes;in the fifth part,the author focuses on the analysis of the achievements of legal aid in rural areas in Minhou County,basically forming a pattern of "big legal aid" led by the government and widely participated by the community;and In part,the author puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of legal aid in rural areas from the aspects of perfecting laws and regulations and system construction,guiding and standardizing social forces to participate in legal aid and Popularizing Legal knowledge.
