Investigation On The Current Situation Of Cultivating Farmers’ Legal Consciousness In Y Town Of S County Under The Perspective Of Legal Village Construction

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as general secretary,has repeatedly put forward proposals and plans for comprehensively advancing the rule of law,building a socialist country under the rule of law and cultivating the awareness of the rule of law in the whole society.The decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on a number of major issues concerning the comprehensive advancement of the rule of law,adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,sets forth the major task of promoting the entire society to develop a sense of the rule of law,it is true that it is a long-term basic task for the people to spread knowledge of the law and abide by the law,that it is necessary to conduct in-depth publicity and education on the rule of law,and that it is necessary for the people to conscientiously abide by the law,look for the law in times of trouble,and solve problems according to the law,rural areas play an indispensable role in advancing the rule of law in an all-round way.Under the new situation,the construction of the new countryside can not be separated from the strong guarantee of the rule of law,and the cultivation of farmers’ legal consciousness is the basic link to strengthen the construction of the rule of law in the countryside,the level of legal consciousness in rural areas directly affects the ability of farmers to obey,obey and use the law.In view of this,on the basis of analyzing and carding the current situation of the legal consciousness in rural areas,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons that affect the promotion of the legal consciousness of farmers and puts forward the measures to cultivate the legal consciousness of farmers.Based on the background of rural construction under the rule of law,this study takes S County as the research object and Y Town of the county as the investigation center.Relevant data are obtained through empirical investigation,and the investigation data are sorted out and analyzed,so as to comprehensively understand the "real" status quo of farmers’ legal awareness in S County.At the same time with the problem consciousness as the guidance,combined with the reality of the town,the analysis of grass-roots rural farmers in the legal awareness of the problems existing in the cultivation.Guided by the "should be" goal of cultivating farmers’ legal consciousness,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating farmers’ legal consciousness for reference from the aspects of law popularization education,foster a sound legal environment,economic level and social security system.This paper consists of five parts:The first part of the introduction mainly includes research background,research purpose,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research objects,research methods,research innovations and shortcomings.The second part includes the legal consciousness of farmers legal consciousness concept definition and theoretical basis.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of cultivating legal consciousness in Y town of S county.It is mainly explained from three aspects,one is the general situation of Y town in S county;The second is the analysis of the basic situation of the questionnaire;The third is the cultivation of legal consciousness in Y town.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of legal consciousness cultivation in Y town of S county.As far as the current investigation is concerned,there are five problems in S County and Y Town,that is,the farmers’ legal cognition level is not high,the farmers’ awareness of studying law is passive and passive,the farmers’ awareness of safeguarding rights according to law is weak,the farmers’ awareness of consciously abiding by the law is insufficient,and the public legal service system is not perfect.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the cultivation of county farmers’ legal consciousness.It is mainly discussed from five aspects,such as innovating the form of law popularization education,strengthening the guidance of rural education,improving the legal environment for safeguarding rights,establishing farmers’ legal belief,and perfecting the public legal service system.The six part is the conclusion.Through the Review and summary of the content of the article,the author puts forward the prospect and tentative plan for the cultivation of the legal consciousness of rural farmers in China in the future.
