Local governments at the grassroots level are the final output of China’s policy chain.They are responsible for allocating and integrating the resources of the jurisdiction and landing the policies of the superior goverments.As the actual executors of grass-roots governance,grass-roots cadres’own public service motivation,professional knowledge and skills,and psychological quality have a direct impact on the effectiveness of grass-roots governance in China.At present,Chinese grassroots leading cadres have strong motivation for overall public service,and their professional knowledge and skills are constantly improved.However,in recent years,some cadres also have the psychological state of corruption,depression and burnout.To explore the root cause of negative psychological state and adjust the psychological state of grassroots leading cadres can help to build a stable and healthy grassroots leading cadres and promote the positive operation of China’s grassroots governance system.The essence of the negative psychological state of grassroots leading cadres is a state or behavior reflected by individual psychological imbalance.The psychological operation mechanism generated by it is mainly due to the dissatisfaction of demand.When the human body is stimulated by the external environment,it will induce certain physiological or psychological needs of the human body.If these needs are not met,the balance state of the body will be broken,resulting in temporary psychological imbalance.If this imbalance is not effectively guided and controlled,it will lead to sustained psychological imbalance.The common psychological disequilibrium state of grassroots leading cadres is the tension of interpersonal relationship,the passive slackness of work,the suicide of mental depression and the corruption and depravity.The article adopts the method of sampling survey and interview,from the external cause,imbalance performance and inner psychological quality and the way of adjustment dimension research H city in fujian province of leading cadres at the grass-roots level the present situation of the psychological imbalance,again through the cross analysis dimensions factors influence on psychological imbalance,leading cadres at the grass-roots level deep insight into the influence factors of psychological imbalances behind.The results show that the external causes leading to the psychological imbalance of grassroots leading cadres mainly include the following five aspects:rank promotion,economic income,status and reputation,value recognition,and conflict.The internal psychological quality is mainly reflected in the individual cognitive regulation,emotional venting,and stress resistance of volitional quality.On this basis,this paper proposes the adjustment measures to correct the psychological imbalance of grassroots leading cadres:First,self-awareness and self-adjustment at the individual level;Secondly,education guidance at the organizational level,care and help from people around,and establishment of relevant systems and mechanisms;Third,building a tolerant and harmonious social environment at the social level.It is hoped that the efforts of individuals,organizations and society will provide reference for the adjustment of psychological imbalance of grassroots leading cadres in China. |
