Investigation And Promotion Strategy Of Rural Community Education In Zhoushan City

Since the 21 st century,“Agriculture,Countryside,Farmers”has been regarded as the top priority of the party's and government' s work.With the proposal of the strategy of Rural Revitalization at the 19 th National Congress and the publication of the Opinion on Implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization in No.1 document of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee in 2018,the issue of "Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers" has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.With the rapid development of urbanization in China,rural community education has become an important part of rural revitalization,shouldering the historical responsibility of training rural talents,realizing industrial prosperity,promoting rural governance and promoting rural civilization.Zhou Shan is located in Zhou Shan Archipelago.Because of its unique geographical environment,most of the rural areas are fishing villages and most of the farmers are fishermen.The output value of fishery grows faster,the net income per capita of fishermen is relatively high,the income gap between urban and rural areas is small,and the trend of urban-rural integration is obvious.The research and exploration of rural community education in Zhoushan City can promote the sustained and rapid economic growth of Zhoushan City on the one hand,and provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of rural community education in major provinces and cities in China on the other hand.Based on the full study of domestic and foreign literature,this paper takes rural community education in Zhoushan as the research object,carries out the research work,and puts forward relevant countermeasures for the further development of rural community education based on the research results.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,significance,related concepts and research status at home and abroad.Secondly,according to the actual situation of local development and combined with expert demonstration design interview outline and questionnaire,through a large number of field research,the status of rural community education in Zhoushan City is analyzed and summarized.At the same time,Dongsha ancient town in Daishan County is selected as a typical case for in-depth analysis.Finally,according to the results of questionnaire analysis and investigation,this paper puts forward four strategies for the further development of rural community education in Zhoushan City,they are the construction of operation mechanism,resources,curriculum and teachers,so that it can provide reference for the development of rural community education in Zhoushan City and other provinces and cities.
