Zhoushan City Community Endowment System Existing Problems And Countermeasures Research

In recent years, the aging population of Zhoushan has continued increasing rapidly, and the phenomena of aging and aging of the aged have been more and more significant. The Municipal CPC Committee and the Municipal Government of Zhoushan proposed the "9073" Pattern of Eldercare:90% of the aged cared for by the family (i.e. home care),7% by the daily-care center of the community, and 3% by the nursing institution.The community system of eldercare analyzed in this thesis involves both the home care (90%) and the daily-care center of the community (7%).The second part of this paper, the concepts of community building pension system were defined, such as community, community care, etc., and further from the social embeddedness, welfare pluralism theory, analysis at the community level to establish the feasibility of a comprehensive pension system.The third part of this paper, based on the Zhoushan aging trend to accelerate this situation, analyzes the recent years, great efforts at the community level Zhoushan experience home care project, summed up the few existing problems.
