Employment Problems And Countermeasures For Mild Physical Disability In Ganjingzi District Of Dalian

In recent years,China has issued many documents,such as "Notice of the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Accelerating the Process of Well-off for the Disabled"(No.47 of Guofa [2016]),Opinions on Doing Well the Work of Employment and Entrepreneurship for the Present and Future Periods(No.28 of Guofa [2017]),and "Regulations on the Education of Disabled Persons"(No.674 of the State Decree).Many references to the employment of disabled people show that the employment of disabled people has been paid more and more attention by the government and society.Dalian has the highest proportion of the disabled population in all kinds of disabilities,while Ganjingzi District has a large proportion of the disabled population in Dalian.Therefore,the study of the employment situation of mild physical disability in Ganjingzi District will help to promote the employment process of the disabled in Ganjingzi District,thus promoting the employment of the disabled in Dalian to develop better.The study on the employment situation of mild physical disability in Ganjingzi District has important theoretical and practical significance for Ganjingzi District and even Dalian City.The paper consists of five sections.Using the methods of literature research and interview,the paper mainly introduces the study background and significance,domestic and foreign research,as well as the low employment rate of disabled limbs in Ganjingzi District,the low matching between employment posts and vocational training and the ability of disabled limbs,the exclusion of disabled limbs from employment and the barrier-free employment.Poor business environment.Based on the theories of social exclusion,return to society,superiority and empowerment,this paper analyses the causes of these problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the employment of disabled persons in Ganjingzi District in the future,such as advocating community rehabilitation centers for disabled persons as empowerment of disabled persons and developing special education for disabled persons.We should integrate education,build a vocational training system that meets the actual needs,strive to create a "disabled" society,encourage disabledpeople to work proportionally and start their own businesses,and actively play the main role of the Disabled Federation.
