The cause of the disabled is an important part of the development of social charity and public welfare,and the employment of the disabled is a key link in the development of the cause of the disabled.After years of exploration,my country has formed an employment system for the disabled that focuses on collective employment,dispersed proportional employment,and self-employment.In recent years,with the emergence of social enterprises,it has also brought new concepts and models to explore the employment of the disabled,but there are also many problems in social enterprises in providing employment for the disabled.Combined with the practical development of social enterprises,using social capital and housekeeper theory,this paper focuses on the practical dilemma of employment of the disabled,and in order to promote the innovation of employment models,this paper proposes an analysis framework for the employment mechanism of the disabled,from which the value of the employment mode of social enterprises is discovered,the existing problems are analyzed from multiple dimensions and countermeasures are proposed,and the direction of employment reform of social enterprises for the disabled is found,and the development of the cause of the disabled is promoted.The logical thinking and structure of this paper are: social capital and business stewards have an important impact on the employment of disabled persons in social enterprises,and both have a positive effect on the disabled persons’ obtaining employment opportunities and protecting their employment rights.This paper firstly sorts out the research background of the employment of disabled persons,defines the employment of disabled persons in social enterprises,and establishes the basic theory and analysis framework;The three case companies are classified,and then the employment situation of the disabled in the cases is described and displayed;thirdly,the value discovery of the employment of social enterprises in the cases is summarized through the three dimensions of social trust,norms and social networks of social capital theory.,believes that social capital helps disabled persons to choose employment in social enterprises,increase employment opportunities in social enterprises,and ensure employment rights and interests,etc.,and found problems in the employment mechanism of disabled social enterprises,including low employment coverage and large differences in employment quality,from Due to the lack of publicity in social enterprises,the backward construction of rules and regulations,and the simplification of interactive subjects;finally,from the perspective of social capital,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of employment problems in social enterprises for the disabled.The main conclusion of this paper is that social enterprises are becoming an important way for disabled people to find employment,and social capital and business stewards play a key role in improving the employment situation of disabled people in social enterprises.In the process of employment of disabled persons in social enterprises,social capital can effectively improve the public’s understanding of social enterprises,including disabled persons,and promote disabled persons to choose employment in social enterprises;in addition,social networks have expanded the ability to transmit resources,and a lot of information and funds have been effectively distributed to where it is needed,increasing employment opportunities and financial security.However,social enterprises also have limitations in the employment of disabled persons,such as lack of rules and regulations,insufficient social trust,and simplification of network subjects.As the leader of social governance,the government should play its role.Establish a unified standard for social enterprises to allow social enterprises to obtain legal status;increase social enterprise publicity to promote the dissemination of the concept of helping the disabled;build a multi-party cooperation platform to achieve efficient allocation of resources.Only by starting from various aspects to improve the social capital of disabled people in employment can we effectively solve the existing problems and improve the employment quality of disabled people in our country.
