Study On Publicity And Ideological Work Of The Communist Party Of China In Sujiatun District

The publicity and ideological work is an extremely important work of the Communist Party of China.It is of great significance to publicize the CPC’s theory,policies and guidelines,to inspire and guide the people to understand their fundamental interests and long-term interests,to uphold and strengthen the socialist mainstream ideology and to invigorate social solidarity.However,with the accelerated pace of China’s reform and the rapid economic and social development,improvement of international status,the publicity and ideological work in the new situation is facing more severe challenges.Based on the publicity and ideological work in Sujiatun district,this paper aims to analyze the current existing problems,explore the causes,and put forward suitable solutions,in the hope of promoting the transformation and progress of the economic and social development in Sujiatun district in Shenyang City.Under the background of a critical development period in Shenyang City,this paper applies literature and interview as main research methods,analyzes the exiting problems and gives practical solutions.At first,this paper summarizes the research on this subject and makes comments.Secondly,this paper gives definition of related conceptions of publicity and ideological work of CPC,and analyzes its principles,functions and content.Thirdly,this paper describes present situation,points out existing problems and analyzes causes of the subject in Sujiatun district.Obsolete ideas,distribution of publicity resources,lack of long-term and effective work mechanisms,and insufficient use of new media in the Internet era especially due to the publicity and ideological work in Sujiatun district can not maximize its role.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve publicity and ideological work in Sujiatun district.Strengthening the construction of talent,opening up "all-round"work pattern,setting up long-term mechanism and strengthening the consciousness of network position are suggested to solve protruding problems.The innovation of this paper lies in putting forward the strategy of "localization staff"with the current situation in Sujiatun district and improving the "all-round" work concept in the grassroots practical application.The deficiency is that there is a lack of comparative study in other regional related work.
