Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Procuratorial Affairs Disclosure In The Times Of Media Convergence

Procuratorial affairs disclosure refers to the procuratorate should make all the procuratorial information public to the society and litigant participant except things like state secrets and personal privacy.It is of far-reaching significance to make procuratorial affairs open to the public to safeguard judicial justice,to guarantee the realization of the people’s right to know,to participate,to express and to supervise,and to promote the comprehensive rule of law.The concept of procuratorial affairs disclosure was first put forward in 1998,and after more than 20 years of exploration,both the richness of content and the diversity of forms have been greatly improved.With the deepening of the judicial system reform,profound changes have taken place in the environment of procuratorial affairs disclosure.On the one hand,the judicial responsibility system,classified administration of prosecutors and institutional reform have broken the original organizational structure,and the change of assessment content makes the procuratorial affairs disclosure lack of endogenous motivation and internal constraints.On the other hand,the diversification,fragmentation and sharing of information dissemination in the times of media convergence make the procuratorial affairs disclosure face greater public sentiment risk.In this context,it is of great practical significance to discuss how to continuously optimize the procuratorial affairs disclosure to meet the people’s growing demand for fairness and justice.By using the methods of literature research,individual interview and questionnaire survey,this paper takes a procuratorate in T City as an example.On the basis of fully investigating its open environment and current situation,for one thing,it evaluates the satisfaction degree of the procuratorial affairs disclosure.For another,it discusses with the people who are responsible for the specific work,and then to sum up the current problems faced by the procuratorial affairs disclosure.Finally,combined with the results of the questionnaire and interviews,this paper tries to promote the methods and ways to optimize the openness of procuratorial affairs in the Times of Media Convergence.
