The Research On The Supply Of Rural Residential Care Resources Under The Multivariate Perspective Of Welfare

With the advent of an aging society,the pension problem has become a major problem for the society,and the aging of rural areas is particularly serious.In recent years,due to the intensified migration of rural population,the trend of the miniaturization of family structure,and changes in the concept of old-age care,the traditional family pension model with filial piety as the core has encountered many challenges.The demand for old-age resources for the elderly in rural areas has been increasing.However,the supply of home-based care services is becoming increasingly inadequate.The establishment of a system of multi-subject participation in the supply of home-based endowment resources has become an urgent need for the development of rural endowment services.Under the background of deepening rural aging,this paper takes the village of Yubei Northeast S in the middle part of China as an example.Through on-the-spot investigation,it presents the status quo of the supply of residential care services in the area where S village is located.The chapters of this article are mainly divided into the following: Four parts.The first part introduces the introduction,related concepts and theories.In the first and second chapters of the article,the literature on rural home-based care for the aged is reviewed,the core concepts of the article are defined,and the theoretical basis of this paper is the welfare pluralism theory,active aging theory and activity theory.The research method adopts the empirical analysis method and literature research method.The field research goes deep into the village of S in the northeast of Henan Province.Through the questionnaire survey and interview method,the old-age pension situation of the S village and the supply of the multiple main subjects to the S-village home-based endowment resources are studied.We conducted a survey.In the second part,the current situation of multi-subjects' supply of home-based endowment resources in S village in northeastern Henan is described in the third chapter of the article.Through the arrangement of research data,the situation of the supply of diversified welfare entities to the old-age care services for the elderly in S villages is outlined.The government has played a policy guarantee role in the supply of rural old-age resources,and the family has played a role in the supply of elderly care resources for the elderly.Based on basic guarantees,the market has played a major role in providing economic support for the provision of rural retirement services.However,although the current participation and contribution of the community and non-governmental organizations is limited,the supply of old-age pension resources inrural areas will be an important supplemental protection subject in the future.In the third part,the multi-subject main questions the supply of the old-age resources of the S village in the northeast of Henan Province.In the fourth chapter of the article,the author analyzes the problems that the multi-subsidiary supply main body presents in the supply of rural home-based care services.The government is still imperfect in the formulation of rural old-age related policies.The family's supply of elderly care resources and spiritual comfort resources is becoming insufficient.The market participation in the supply of old-age resources is still relatively low.The development of the community and non-governmental organizations is still not perfect..Diversified subjects have their own problems in the supply of rural home-based endowment resources.They still need to constantly improve themselves in development,and then cooperate with each other to form a joint force to jointly serve the supply of rural home-based endowment resources.In the fourth part,we try to put forward suggestions for countermeasures.In the fifth chapter of the article,we propose suggestions for improving the supply of resources for rural elderly care services.It is proposed that we should continue to improve the government's guarantee role in the rural home-based pension policy;consolidate the basic position of the family in the supply of rural home-based endowment service resources;inspire the vitality of the market in the supply of rural home-based endowment service resources;and improve the level of rural community care for the elderly,and promote The development of rural non-governmental organizations related to old-age care.Finally,a supply system of rural homes for endowment resources,in which multiple entities cooperate and develop together,will be formed.
