only satisfy the internal requirements for deepening the study of national culture,but also meet the actual demands of promoting the harmonious and healthy development of China's society.In addition,it can also promote the coordinated development of society,economy,and cultural cooperation among ethnic minority areas.It can enrich the connotation of the health and senior care industry;provide reference for the development of China's health and senior care and the protection of traditional culture.The Jing ethnic group is adjacent to the Beibu Gulf Ocean and borders on Vietnam.It is the only long-lived nation in China that has both coastal and bordered borders.It has a unique and rich maritime culture,border culture,and longevity culture.This thesis selects the only place where the Jing ethnic group live in-Wanwei village,Wutou village and Shanxin village,Dongxing city,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as field investigation sites.It investigates the traditional culture related to health and longevity created by the Jing ethnic group,collects and classifies the traditional health and senior care culture of Jing ethnic group and analyzes connotation,characteristics and contemporary value of health and senior care culture.On this basis,it puts forward the combination with tourism,medicine,food and other strategies combining the modern demand.Through the study of the traditional health and senior care culture of the Jing ethnic group,the purpose of inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the nation,enriching the connotation of the industry,and promoting the all-round development of ethnic minority areas is achieved as well.The thesis is divided into two parts.The first part is the introduction,explains the basis for the
