| Community is the basic regional module of people’s life in modern society.It is the basis of urban operation and development.It is the basic focus of urban management,the basic unit of urban public service supply and the important unit of urban social governance.It plays a basic role in the situation of political and social development,as well as the stable maintenance of the country,and its operation condition and management mode are In recent years,many researchers have focused on hot topics.At the same time,with the rapid development of urbanization and the gradual transformation of industrialization,the functions of urban communities are increasingly diverse and complex.The function design of urban communities and the construction of organizational institutions have aroused people’s rethinking,and even arouse people’s new ideas on the construction of the country.The digital management of urban community is a comprehensive expression of all activities of improving the level of community management and promoting the economic efficiency and community life satisfaction and happiness on the basis of the economic and social development entering the information age,on the basis of both the community management system and the management effect,and thus promoting the economic efficiency and the people’s community life satisfaction and happiness.It is not the introduction of digital technology in the community,as well as the behavior of the community management subject caused by the introduction of technology and the possible changes in each other and the improvement of their relationship,as well as the upgrading of the community management system,management methods and measures.Based on a comprehensive review of the research results of urban communities,this study redefines the core concepts of urban community digital management,and sorts out the theoretical foundations needed for the future development of communitydigital management,digitizing urban communities.The status quo and problems of management are analyzed,and the experiences in the development of digital construction of urban communities at home and abroad are summarized.The new problems faced by community management and the new technologies and methods that should be adopted in the context of big data are analyzed.Based on this,it puts forward the principles and strategies that should be followed in the future development of digital management of urban communities. |
