Research On Digital Urban Management In Wuhan Economic Development Zone

With the acceleration of Wuhan’s urban development,urban management problems are becoming more and more complicated.In order to meet the requirements of good operation of modern cities,urban management service functions need to be continuously increased.Against this background,Wuhan Economic Development zone is facing increasingly serious management challenges.In order to realize the upgrade of urban management,the construction of modern,digital and scientific digital urban management is essential.With the evolution of urban management mode,digitalization and intelligentization of urban management will become an important trend and basic feature of urban management mode development in the future.Therefore,the research on the construction of digital urban management in Wuhan Economic development zone has both theoretical and practical significance.This article takes the construction of digital urban management in Wuhan Economic Development Zone as the object of study.Firstly,the research status of digital urban management mode and the realization path of digital urban management mode are analyzed through literature review.At the same time,it summarizes the practice process of digital urban management mode in some cities at home and abroad.Secondly,first-hand information and data about the construction process of digital urban management in Wuhan Economic development zone are collected.The staff,grid workers and community organizations under the digital urban management system of Wuhan Economic Development Zone were interviewed,so as to obtain more comprehensive and objective information and data.Finally,based on the current plight of Wuhan Economic development zone digital city management construction,put forward targeted improvement suggestions.The research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the strategy of enterprise resource integration,Wuhan Economic Development Zone has built a digital urban management unified collaborative resource integration platform,making it more efficient in dealing with urban management events.(2)The multiple governance subjects created by the digital urban management system in Wuhan Economic Development Zone,give full play to the power of multiplesubjects,such as ordinary people,social organizations,urban construction and maintenance enterprises,which with more diversified governance methods.(3)The construction of digital city management in Wuhan Economic Development Zone is based on the Internet of Things,which enables all urban management components in the city to realize the interconnection of everything.So then it makes urban governance easier and more efficient through the circulation of big data.Finally,based on the problems have found in the operation process of digital urban management in Wuhan Economic Development Zone,some suggestions like to promote the reform of urban management mechanism step by step,mining the value of big data and improve the system evolution are put forward.The research results can be used as a reference for cities that have not yet carried out digital urban management construction.
