Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Digital Urban Management In Town ——Take The X Town In F City As An Example

City is the product of the high development of human civilization.Since the Reform and Opening up,China’s urbanization process has developed rapidly,and cities have gradually become the main place for the accumulation of social problems and contradictions.In order to ensure the sustainable development of urban public affairs,scientific urban management and services are needed.Digital urban management saves administrative costs by integrating various resources,strengthens departmental linkage and cooperation and improve management efficiency,brings the supervision of the masses into full play,using big data to provide basis for scientific decision,promotes urban management mode transforming from extensive and lagging to meticulous and efficient,made a beneficial exploration for establishing a long-term mechanism of urban management.Under the background of accelerating the construction of digital government,urban management should realize the transformation and upgrading from digital urban management to smart urban management,and further improve the level of urban management and service.Summarizing and analyzing the construction,development and existing problems of digital urban management is a scientific way to explore the intelligent upgrading of digital urban management.This paper selects the digital urban management of X town in F City as the research object,and mainly uses case study and other methods to study the digital urban management of the town.Taking the construction of organizational structure,operation system,information system platform and full-time team and operation about the digital urban management in X town of F City as the main thread,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the digital urban management in X town of F City,such as the construction positioning deviation,the backward construction of full-time team and the low level of intelligent management,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of the digital urban management system,increase the resource investment in the operation of the digital urban management,and strengthen the effectiveness of collaborative urban management.Finally,the author makes own interpretation of exploring the scientific path of upgrading from digital urban management to intelligent urban management.
