Because of series of buedens,loads,you may comes into "job burnout".You may not understand this word well,but if you ask whether you have experienced burnout,negative emotions,and procrastination at work,“yes” may be the answer of most people.In modern society,various new things are emerging in an endless stream,and the rhythm of work and life is further accelerated.Various pressures follow.Job burnout can be said to be the “common problem” of people in modern workplaces.As the maintainer of public security,the providers of various police services,the grass-roots public security police are the “high incidence areas” of professional burnout.Overloaded workload,disproportionate returns,poor social recognition and high standards of discipline and high-risk responsibilities have caused some of our civilian police officers to become tired of the job and find out the causes of job burnout among grass-roots police officers.Targeted intervention measures are proposed to minimize the occurrence of job burnout,which plays an important role in the function of grass-roots public security policemen in both protection and service.In this context,the author made an in-depth investigation of the burnout situation of grassroots policemen in Jining City,Shandong Province,and selected 200 samples from grassroots policemen in three districts of Jining City.To questionnaires them to understand the current situation and analyze the reasons.This article is roughly divided into six parts: The first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance and research summary of the dissertation.The second part is the definition of basic concepts and the interpretation of basic theories.The third part is based on the questionnaire.The results of the investigation summed up the characteristics and performance of job burnout among grassroots police officers in Jining City.In the fourth part,based on the results of the survey,the reasons for job burnout at the grassroots public security police in Jining City were analyzed,and the reasons were attributed to fourdimensions: work level,individual.The fifth section selects the city of Los Angeles and Hong Kong of China as examples to analyze their police system and provide reference for the formulation of countermeasures.In the sixth part,based on the analysis of the reasons,the Hong Kong’s useful practices include proposing targeted responses from the four levels of work,individuals,organizations,and society,effectively interfering with the occupational burnout problem of grass-roots policemen,reducing the incidence of job burnout,and giving full play to grass-roots policemen in maintaining public order and providing support.
