Since the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China was held,the general requirements of "loyalty to the party,service to the people,justice in law enforcement,and strict discipline" have been clearly put forward to the people’s police,thus creating a new situation in public security work.The new era has endowed the people’s police with a new mission.Today,with the vigorous development of the socialist market economy,the importance of the people’s police is more and more obvious,and the public’s requirements and standards for the people’s police are also increasing.In the face of various problems such as heavy work pressure,heavy work task and public opinion pressure,it causes excessive occupational pressure of grassroots public security police,which leads to increasingly serious physical and mental health problems of police and affects the team construction and social stability.In 2020,the national integrity,which the final years of putting the special struggle,work task heavy,working pressure to itself the already serious shortage of police resources city of Y are the daily work of grass-roots police of the public security organs,plus police layout is unreasonable,the performance evaluation mechanism is not sound,harmonious relationship between the failed to further also affected the basic-level police occupational stress response,job satisfaction and job burnout.In order to further study to solve grass-roots public security the police of the above problems,the grassroots police of the public security organs in Y city as the research object,by the methods of on-the-spot interview,questionnaire investigation and literature review method and other methods,the basic-level police sources of occupational stress response,occupational stress,job satisfaction and job burnout are to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis,to find the inner link between various factors,through the SPSS statistical software,a yuan linear regression analysis and correlation analysis methods to analyze the grass-roots public security police sources of occupational stress response,occupational stress,job satisfaction and job burnout was predictive feeling,but also a significant correlation.From the aspects of the work itself,"performance evaluation","personal development" and "social support" level analysis which reduces the excessive police occupational stress,job satisfaction and job burnout are ascending,combined with grassroots police of the public security organs Y city in occupational stress,job satisfaction and job burnout survey feedback problems in the performance,analysis of the root causes of problems,through the analysis conclusion points out opinions and Suggestions to solve the above problem.
