Prisoners’ minor children is a special group.Their parents are imprisoned for the crime,resulting in the absence of facts guardian,Their survival and education cannot be guaranteed,which seriously affected their healthy growth.Besides,the prejudice and discrimination make them prematurely bear the pressure and burden,which are not that age should bear.A little heart hidden seeds of enmity.If we cannot timely give the group assistance and ideological education,They most might become a time-bomb and repeat the mistakes of their parents.Therefore,it plays an important role,which can encourage prisoners to transform positively,reintegrate successfully and maintain social stability through timely carrying out relief work and offering spiritual solace for prisoners ’minor children.In this paper,I chose the prisoners’ minor children as research object,and divide the paper into five parts.The text firstly introduces the main concepts related to the assistance of the prisoners’ minor children,including the prisoners’ minor children,ideological education,non-governmental organizations and other key concepts.Using children’s rights theory,social exclusion theory,labeling theory and education thinking of Marxist theory as the theoretical basis to clarify the inevitability and necessity of rescuing prisoners’ minor children.The “solar system”,which is composed of nine non-governmental organizations,aiming to help the prisoners’ minor children,is the research object.I select Xinxiang Sun Village,one more representative of the nine non-governmental organizations,as a typical case,from point to surface,and comprehensively analyze the current situation of the prisoners’ minor children,including survival status,monitoring status,illegal and criminal situation,and the existing state of ideological education.And then,I list some of the more concentrated ideological problems among the prisoners’ minor children after his parents in prison,such as the value of the cognitive deviation,self-denial;Weak family values,low attachment to family;distorted moral values,disunity of knowing and doing;rebellious character,extreme anti-social.Like the material support cuts,the close relationship between family deprivation,the school stereotype to the prisoners’ minor children and social discrimination and the phenomenon of "label" are the main reasons that cause these above problems after their parents in prison.Finally,based on the above Conclusions,the paper will provide some empirical basis and carry out some corresponding recommendations from the four level to promote the theory,improve the situation of the prisoners ’minor children and create a good living environment and ideological education.
