With the issuing of kinds of national and government policies, the education problem of the migrant children has been gradually solved. Currently under some condition, they can enter into public schools for compulsory education as equally as the local children, however, there are still a series of issues to care for and investigate, such as, the realization of the fair education, the amalgamation of the children, the cultivation of the behavior and the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, which is the special issue of the ideological and political education of the migrant children. It has bring up a new question for the ideological and political education of the minors and a new study topic for the research of the ideological and political education.Based on the education fairness of education, comprehensive development theory of Marxism, the moral value and social learning education function theory of Marxism, the essay has selected Jin Jiang city as the survey target to investigate the ideological and political education issue of migrant children. By adopting methods of sampling survey, on-the-spot interview, questionnaire survey and essays references, the essay has investigated 500 migrant worket families and 9 elementary and secondary schools. Based on the the generalized data, the essay has tried to make deep investigation to the current situation of the ideological and political education issue of migrant children, do appropriate discussion and policy study, form comprehensive and objective knowledge, and help to improve the ideological and political quality of the children in the range of Jin Jiang city. The essay is made up of three parts, including introduction, body and conclution. The first part is the introduction of the full text, mainly explaining the background, meaning, theory, concerned regulations and rules, and summary of domestic and international documents. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, the summary of the whole essay.The body contains the following content:Firstly, it explains the basic situation of the migrant children and the current situation of the ideological and political education, and presents the existing questions of the migrant children in the aspects of law, mental health and moral conscious.Secondly, it has analized the ideological and political education problems of the migrant children in four aspects, that is, the inefficient ideological and political school education, the lacking of family moral education and the ideological change of the minors.Thirdly, it has put forward the methods of solving the conflicts of the dual economic structure and the culture ideas of urban and rural areas, and the education question of the migrant minors after'junior high school'to solve the ideological and political education problem of the migrant children. It has also brought up policies and suggestion to improve the ideological and political education quality from four points, including policy oriented, social management, school education and family enlightenment.
