Research On The Education Issues Of Prisoners' Minor Children In Beijing

When the economy promoting spiritual civilization construction in our China,the public pays more attention on the human rights. But because of the economic growth's unbalancedness and the difference in cultural education, there are some special social groups. Some studies on these groups reveal that there are social issues hidden in the bottom of our society. Although many social issues have been solved by the media and scholars' attention, but there are still part of the disadvantaged group did not get rid of miserable fate, prisoner's minor children just is an example. In this paper, the "Sun Village"as an example of the prisoner's minor children in Beijing is studied for the issue of education by sociological theories, intends to know how these issues break out and how to solve.Based on the field survey and the others' practice research, this paper will study education issues on the prisoner's minor children in Beijing mainly from the following several aspects:1. Through study the theories and practices at home and abroad, make it clear that the status of vulnerable groups in our China,as well as the conduct of foreign welfare policy and development of relevant policies of China.2. Elaborate the theory and define several theoretical concepts.3. Describe the status of Prisoner's minor children in Beijing, and confirm that the difficulties should be paid close attention by society.4. A "Sun Village"for example, this paper discuss the education issues what the minor children of prisoners facing and the reasons leading to such problems.5. Combination the research, to make recommendations for the causes of education issues.
