| Urban management department plays an important role in urban management,with the enlargement of the scope of the urban management department management,increasing the authority in their hands,urban management law enforcement corruption also gradually increased,the urban management law enforcement corruption be in addition to the urban management law enforcement of violence and a notable problem.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the central committee has intensified efforts to fight corruption,emphasizing that "tigers" and "flies" have been played together.As a city management law enforcement officer who is in contact with the masses,how should he prevent and control corruption?It is of great practical significance to study this issue to the law enforcement personnel in the future and to the present anti-corruption practice.This article selects the urban management law enforcement personnel in the field of "two violations" corruption as the research object,combined with jere lipps base on the streets of bureaucratic theory and weiner’s attribution theory,analyzing the cause of corruption in urban management law enforcement officers.In this paper,a total of 166 judgment documents were downloaded from the Chinese referee’s web site for the corruption cases in the field of "two violations" of urban management law enforcement officials from 2014 to 2016.The relevant information about the corruption of law enforcement personnel in chengguan,such as the position,educational background,the amount of corruption,the time span of the crime,etc.,were obtained.At the same time,a typical case is selected to analyze the causes of corruption in the field of "two violations" of urban management law enforcement personnel,and put forward the policy Suggestions for the corrupt governance of urban management law enforcement personnel.In this paper,through the study,the urban management law enforcement personnel in the field of "two violations" causes of corruption include: subjective factors,corruption around resources richness,law enforcement personnel,imperfect supervision system of external incentive and so on.In this regard,the author puts forward the prevention and control Suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the integrity of the team,raising the threshold of admittance,adjusting the system of law enforcement,and establishing a number of supervision mechanisms. |
