| To build a national legal system with unique Chinese characteristics and to open a new chapter in the work of spreading the law in the new era,we must focus on the people and focus on them.The proportion of the population of rural areas in China is about two thirds of the population of the country.Therefore,the success of the education work in rural areas is directly related to the achievements of the education work in the country.Based on the actual situation of rural popularization education in Zhuanghe City,this paper,through the questionnaire,field interview method and data analysis,and compared with other regions at home and abroad to establish the current problems in rural areas of Zhuanghe City,The local legal leadership is not enough attention,the overall legal quality of rural areas is low,the construction of rural democracy and the rule of law is backward,and the system of popularization of law and law is not.The legal education of rural areas is not strong.perfect.After analyzing the above problems,the main reasons leading to these problems are: the local leaders are not paying enough attention,the overall legal quality of rural areas is low,the construction of rural democracy and the rule of law is backward,and the legal education system is imperfect.The paper puts forward some suggestions and concrete measures to improve the legal education work in the rural areas of Zhuanghe City: to promote the innovation of rural popularization education planning,to strengthen the organization and leadership;to combine law and development,to broaden the channels of legal services;to expand the educational practice of rural popularization,To highlight the education object,advancing with the times to carry out the popularization of law;rural law school education team construction,expansion of rural propaganda team,to strengthen the professionalization of propagandists,professional education,education investment education;,The whole society to participate in the profound implementation of "who law enforcement,who law" responsibility system. |
