Organizational citizenship behavior is a barometer of organizational management.Organizational citizenship behavior is beneficial to the organization,but has not yet been clearly or directly recognized in the organization's formal compensation system.With the deepening of the research,the theory system is becoming more and more mature in the aspects of measurement and evaluation,theory traceability and dimension construction.However,it mainly focuses on enterprise employees,and the research subject is relatively single,which severely limits its growth,development and perfection.In fact,from the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,the concept of organizing citizen behavior is also applicable to grassroots police.How to strengthen the grass-roots public security police service consciousness,improve their work style and work efficiency,promote role in behavior and role behavior bring out the best in each other,better shoulder major responsibility mission given by the party and the people,is the police work in the new era gives new questions.Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of public security,the grass-roots public security police should do well in the new era and strive to promote the construction of a higher level of peace and security in China.In this paper,we take the grass-roots public security police as the main body and conduct further research on the organizational citizenship behavior in order to provide theoretical support for the construction of the public security team.First of all,the paper expounds the citizen behavior of the grass-roots public security police organization.After the related concepts to define clear,the paper puts forward the structure characteristics of the grass-roots public security police organization citizenship behavior,helping behavior,stress management,organization,maintenance,innovation and development,organization participation,civic virtue.At the same time,it summarizes the value orientation and influencing factors of the citizen behavior of grassroots police.Secondly,summarizes the main problems of grassroots police organizational citizenship behavior: help behavior does not reveal,lacking the ability to stress management,organization,maintenance consciousness is not strong,the innovation and development ability is weak,to strengthen organization involved in behavior,show lack of civic virtue.Thirdly,it analyzes the reasons for the lack of citizen behavior in the grass-roots police.In the end,the author puts forward the path of the citizen behavior of grassroots police,namely,raising the awareness of concept,perfecting the system construction,strengthening the performance management,and strengthening the construction of organizational culture.
