| Professional identity directly affects the stability of employees and the cohesion of the organization.As the main force of the public security team,the grass-roots police,on the one hand,bear greater work pressure,on the other hand,the organizational cohesion decreases,and the phenomenon of resignation increases.Therefore,the professional identity of the grass-roots police is an urgent problem to be studied.This paper starts with the study of the current situation of the professional identity of the grass-roots public security police in China,through the literature review of the sense of organizational support and professional identity,using the method of questionnaire,carries out a questionnaire survey on the grass-roots public security police.The results show that the overall organizational support and professional identity of the grass-roots police are in the middle level,and there is still a lot of land for improvement;there are significant differences in the perception of different grass-roots police,and the perception of female police is significantly higher than that of male;the organizational support and professional identity of the police show a U-shaped decline first and then rise with the increase of age and working years Trend: at the bottom of the U-shaped,the police meet the bottleneck period of their career;the perception of becoming a police through the military transition is significantly higher than that of entering the police force through other channels,so the recruitment mode of the police force should be optimized;the awareness of the police in the city where the students come from and work is higher than that of the rural police.There is a significant positive correlation between organizational support and all dimensions and professional identity.In regression analysis,we can see that organizational support and all dimensions have a good predictive power on professional identity.The three dimensions of job support,value identity and care for interests explain 67.5% of the variation of professional identity,among which the work support dimension has the greatest predictive power,the value identity is the second,and the care for interests is the smallest.Based on the results of statistical analysis,this paper analyzes the close relationship between various dimensions of organizational support and professional identity,and puts forward management suggestions to enhance the professional identity of the grass-roots police from the perspective of work support,value identity and interest concern,so as to enhance the cohesion of the public security team and provide some reference opinions for deepening the public security reform in an all-round way. |
