It tries to analysisthe microblog factors for example the background,the reason of development, the factorsof affection, the proper content and take the example of Qingdao municipal public securitymicroblog in sina web to search the characteristics of public security microblog. It tries tofind a way to operate a well-known government microblog which can achieve the agendaemerging style effect. The latter part of paper is about how to make future development ofthe public security microblog.This paper has six chapters in total. The first chapter is the introduction whichdescribes the research significance of the public security microblog, the research background, the research purpose, the research methods and innovations. The secondchapter summarizes the significance of the public security microblog in moderngovernment operation. It respects four aspects: the definition and classification of publicsecurity microblog, the impact of public security microblog, the distinctive featuresbetween public security microblog and other media, the background and developmentcondition. The third chapter is pointed to the microblog operated by Qingdao municipalpublic security system. There is a part of description of good influence which isbroadcasted by government microblog. However, a larger part in this chapter is talkingabout problems and cause of the problems. The fourth chapter uses the method ofcomparison. In this chapter there are four different microblogs which are the “SafetyZhaoqing”, Ministry of public security micro-blog, the Qingdao Laoshan district PublicSecurity bureau official microblog and a personal microblog ran by a Beijing police who iscall the legendary female net police. By comparison the paper will analysis thecommunication subject, the communication content, the communication audience and thecommunication form. The fifth chapter analyzes from the strategy angle about the positiveeffects of public security microblog self construction and social development, and in viewof the present defects of public security microblog existence by two aspects of and putforward targeted strategies. The sixth chapter is the conclusion, summarizes the content andpoints out the shortage of the paper.
