Research On The Governance Of Online Public Opinion Under The New Media's Empowerment Vision

After the 19 th congress of the communist party of China,Further accelerated the pace of social transformation in our country,the deepening political and economic system reform,the pattern of social interests follow change,the idea of social members are constantly changing,between various regions,industry competition intensified,the uneven distribution of interests,unbalanced development lead to social contradictions,increase the overall risk of real society.With the rapid development of new media,the collision and collision of this kind of social contradictions are "reproduced" on the network platform.The occurrence of emergencies occurs more and more quickly,and the resulting network public opinions are very influential.Technology empowerment also increases the risk of Internet society while giving voice to netizens,so the government should attach great importance to the supervision and management of online public opinion.This article summarizes the limitations of traditional media empowerment the possibility of empowerment,new media technology,this paper expounds the concept,characteristics and influence factors of network public opinion and evolution law,combining with social hot spots,2017 emergency network public opinion for the analysis of the government management present situation and existing problems of the network public opinion.China's government has generally improved the governance awareness of online public opinions,and the law has been gradually improved,and special monitoring institutions have been set up to monitor and improve the technology.Results have been obtained at the same time to reflect on the problems existing in the governance,such as level,the municipal government at the county level to ignore the network public opinion,unreasonable response,monitoring to inadequate investment of funds,talent reserve is insufficient,the regulatory ability also need to constantly improve,etc.By analyzing the current situation and existingproblems of the government in online public opinion governance,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on network public opinion governance from five aspects: law,talent,moral,technology and mechanism.
