Research On Countermeasures To Ulanqab-police-department-related Online Public Opinions In The Era Of "We Media"

Whether the public security organs can timely clear the information channels with the public and obtain guidance and effective control of police-related network public opinions is of great significance to effectively deal with police-related incidents and police-related network public opinions.The public security organ of Ulanqab city has established a set of emergency response institutions,teams and mechanisms,combined with the crisis management theory,to ensure the orderly implementation of the monitoring,early warning,response,handling,coordination and guidance of emergency and police-related network public opinions.On the basis of sorting out the research status of public opinions at home and abroad,this paper defines three types of police-related network public opinions,and analyzes the characteristics of police-related network public opinions under the we-media environment,such as wide openness,fast propagation speed,negative and irrational.Based on the analysis of the police-related network public opinion cases of "BMW Crash Security",this paper studies the problems and causes of the police-related network public opinion response of public security organs in Ulanqab city from the practical point of view,such as the difficulty of self-media regulation,the defect of public opinion response mechanism,the lack of experience of methods and means,and the imperfect construction of norms,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of legal system,mechanism,technical experience and self-construction,which is of reference significance for improving the ability of grassroots public security organs to deal with police-related network public opinion and promoting public opinion response.
