| Archives are the bases for centrally preserving the important archives of the party and the state as well as the society.The history of the development of archives real feedback organizations,groups or individuals,carrying the social value of archives work is the subject of our archival work.With the deepening of the concept of "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing",the awareness of the citizens' archives has been gradually strengthened,and the archives are facing challenges and opportunities.With the increasing demand for archives information,the public service supply capacity of the archives,especially the comprehensive archives,can not effectively meet the needs of the society.The supply capacity of the common service needs to be promoted urgently.This research takes the reform management thinking and service way as the starting point,in order to improve the social satisfaction to the government and enhance the capacity of the public service supply of the comprehensive archives,the present situation of the current status of the archives management in Ningxia and the public service ability are analyzed and investigated.Based on the theory of archival and new public service,the theory of public product supply and the theory of public service supply,the author analyzes the disadvantages and causes of public service in the comprehensive archives,and puts forward the promotion of the Ningxia synthesis in the information age,aiming at the actual situation of the public service supply in Ningxia comprehensive archives.The public service supply capacity of the archives,to improve the public service sector to serve the society,benefit the people's livelihood,to better inherit the various archival capabilities of social and historical cultural values,and to build a"learning,service and innovative" modern cultural institutions.The author used literature research,comparative analysis,field research and other methods to study the public service provision at all levels of comprehensive archives in Ningxia,and analyzed the construction of archives in the legal system of archives,the construction of archives library,the construction of archives resources,and the construction of archives informationization,the practice of file development and utilization and service for people's livelihood,comparing the work practices and theoretical frontiers of public service provision in comprehensive archives at home and abroad,and analyzing and discussing the problems and causes of the provision of public services at all levels of comprehensive archives in Ningxia.The measures and suggestions for enhancing the public service supply capacity of the Comprehensive Archives of Ningxia are to make efforts to realize the innovation of the public service concept of the Comprehensive Archives in Ningxia.The second is to further strengthen the supply integration of archives resources at all levels of comprehensive archives in Ningxia.And the third is to further strengthen the synthesis of Ningxia.The forth,the guarantee for the provision of public services in archives is the effort to improve the public service provision in Ningxia Comprehensive Archives.The fifth is to improve the administrative effectiveness of public services in the comprehensive archives of Ningxia.Explained the need for the integration of archives resources at all levels under the guidance of policies and efforts,and proposed methods of information sharing,integrating with the times,creating a public service concept,and promoting the public service purpose of archives,with the help of news media.Public opinion situation,actively promote excellent service concepts;deepen the transformation of archives public service supply methods,and actively explore new ways to practice new outlets,hope to explore the Ningxia Comprehensive Archives as a starting point,can provide comprehensive reference for the public archives to improve service capacity The basis is to promote the healthy and rapid development of the archives business. |
