With the development of the Internet,the new media is born correspondingly.It is constantly influencing and changing people’s lives in its unique way.The emergence of new media has changed the traditional mode of communication,making the information more diversified and complicated,which also provides opportunities for the construction of Ideological and political education discourse,and also leads to some questions that can not be ignored in the process of development of Ideological and political education,such as the complexity of the discourse environment and teaching.The dominance of the main body is threatened and so on.How to solve the problems faced by the discourse system is the top priority of the current work.Taking the new media as the background of the times and taking the construction of the discourse system of Ideological and political education as the object of study,this paper starts from four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance and current research status at home and abroad of the innovation of Ideological and political education in the new media era,and briefly expounds the research methods and innovation of this article.The second part is an overview of new media and ideological and political education discourse.It focuses on the definition of the new media,discourse and ideological and political education discourse,and summarizes the four characteristics of the discourse of Ideological and political education,namely,the dominance of the discourse subject,the ideological content of the discourse,the epochal character of the discourse form and the presupposition of the effect of discourse.At the same time,it analyzes the current situation of the ideological and political education discourse in the new media era,that is,the development effect and existing problems.The third part is the opportunities and challenges facing the discourse construction of Ideological and political education in the new media era.The opportunities are mainly reflected in the provision of a new discourse platform,the main position of the object of education,the content of the discourse,and the way of creative discourse.The challenge is to influence the effective communication between the two parties,impact the traditional discourse system,increase the complexity of the discourse environment,and shake the authority of the educators;The fourth part is the research of the path of discourse innovation.Mainly combining the four characteristics of the diversification,interactivity,individuation and virtualization of the new media,it focuses on the construction path of Ideological and Political EducationDiscourse: one is to adhere to the principle of intersubjectivity,strengthen communication and highlight the humanistic concern of discourse;the two is to adhere to the principle of direction,set up the concept of compatibility and package,and enrich the content of discourse;three is backbone.Holding the principle of development,setting up the consciousness of innovation and improving the ability of innovation in education;four,we should adhere to the principle of safety,overcome the hidden dangers of the discourse environment,create a healthy discourse environment,and five,adhere to the principle of actual effect,combine the interactivity of new media,and enhance the effectiveness of discourse.
