Research On The Problem Of Public Security Management And Countermeasures Of Wuzhong District,Suzhou Municipal

With the development of socialist market economy,the labor market has produced great demand,China's population movement tends to be frequent,and the problem of social security is becoming more and more serious.The problem of public security management brings uncertainty to the stability of the society,it also brings great challenges to the management of the city.Suzhou,as a city with large population inflows,has rich experience in the management of the floating population and provides a template for the management of the floating population to other cities.In the view of current flow population management,this article discuss on the issue of public security of the floating population in Wuzhong district,Suzhou city and the problem of hot spots in the current flow population and the measures,I analyze the way for improving the level of public security management of mobile persons,such as the self-management of floating population,the grid management of the security of the flow and the training of the labor force of the floating population,etc.By using these methods to promote the floating populations integrate into the local labor market under the public security management,at the same time reduce the public security management problems,and protect the rights of the floating population of the new urban residents.
