In recent years,with the continuous deepening of reform and open,the gradual decentralization and transfer of government power has made the importance of communities in social governance increasingly prominent.The continuous development of urbanization has also given universal attention to urban community governance.On the other hand,the rapid development of the market economy has led to the deepening of housing reform.People's lives gradually bid farewell to the "unit system" era in which "unit housing" is the main form,and entered the "commercial housing era" with "property rights" as the core of the free choice of home purchase".The existing urban community is a loosely organized structure composed of people from all walks of life.Community residents often regard only their own houses as things that are related to them.Most of the time they are unfamiliar with community affairs.Without asking,the sense of identity is low,and participation in community activities is naturally lower.In this context,despite the long-term development of urban community volunteerism.According to Saramund's voluntary failure theory to examine the development of the current volunteer service,problems such as "charity deficiency" and "charity patriarchal style" can still be found.In order to solve this problem,the author through the experience of internship in the community,from an advantage perspective,to find the resources available within the urban community.School-age children were found to be organized by business education institutions.The school-aged children also have the characteristics of diligence and self-crimination.They have carried out growth group activities for these children and have infused the concept of volunteerism.They can have a strong spirit of volunteerism in their consciousness.As these children grow up,they will promote the willingness to participate in voluntary services in the urban community,and solve problems such as poor foundation of current volunteer service and “charity deficiency”.Based on the above original intentions,this paper will use the theory of volunteer failure to analyze the problems of volunteer services in urban commodity communities,and find the intervention space that can solve problems based on the characteristics of urban communities;try to cultivate school-age children as a special subject in the residents of urban communities.The awareness of volunteer service,in the moment affecting its peer groups and relatives involved in community activities,can also promote the concept of volunteer service to lay a good foundation in the mainstream consciousness of the future society;by using social work team working methods,formulating groups based on social learning theory.The program has targeted the potential of community-based volunteering services.Finally,through the analysis of the feasibility of this method,a feasible path for the development of volunteer service in urban communities is summarized and explored.
