Study On The Urban Community Volunteer Service Management In Huadu District Of Guangzhou

With the establishment of market economy system in our country,more and more "units man" into "social man"."unit system" management mode can't meet the needs of social management and service."city community" has become an important platform to provide public products and service to the public,the government provides public service and community service more and more pressure.In the process of the continuous development of urban communities,urban community volunteer service came into being.The volunteer service provided by volunteers has become an important way to make up for the insufficient supply of government public services.The party's eighteen big and the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee explicitly require extensive volunteer service,and promote the institutionalization and normalization of volunteer service.Good management is the important foundation of promoting the institutionalization and normalization of voluntary service.Through effective management,to better promote the development of urban community volunteer service,but also to better provide community services,make up for the lack of government public service supply.On the other hand,the development of urban community volunteer service has also promoted the construction of urban communities.City community volunteer service through the development of helping the weak and disabled,environmental protection,security patrols,entertainment and other volunteer service projects,many problems exist in the community,helping communities to establish good habits,community care,community care neighbors "and to promote the construction of spiritual civilization of the community.Through the management,make the city volunteer service project more close to the residents' demand,at the same time,on the basis of protecting the voluntary rights and interests,improve their enthusiasm to participate in voluntary service,and finally achieve the goal of building a harmonious community.Huadu District of Guangzhou is the sub-center of Guangzhou,which has developed rapidly in economy,society and culture,and has formed a pillar industry such as automobiles,leather,leather goods,audio,jewelry and so on.These years,Huadu District has made some achievements in the city community volunteer service,especially the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games and 2011 Guangzhou successfully won the title of "national civilized city" to the Huadu District of Guangzhou city left a valuable city community volunteer service resources.However,due to the lack of government attention and the lack of subjective and objective reasons for urban community volunteer service,compared with other advanced areas,there is still a big gap in the urban community volunteer in Huadu district.This paper takes Guangzhou City Huadu District city community volunteer service management as the research object,through the methods of interview and investigation,a detailed analysis of existing Huadu District city community volunteer service management problems,put forward the improvement measures,hoping to better inherit the valuable city community volunteer service resources,so as to promote the harmonious development of the community and Huadu City,for provide reference to similar Huadu District of this city on the outskirts of the community volunteer service management.
