The township civil service ranks as the most important grassroots government organization force for the civil servants in China.It is the specific executor of solving the "three rural issues" and implementing the strategy for rural revitalization.Its service attitude,service level,and service ability affect the realization of the rural rejuvenation strategic goals and society.The level of development of new rural construction.Strengthening the ideological and political quality of civil servants in townships and townships is of great significance to improving the combat effectiveness of civil servants in towns and townships and cultivating a "three rural"workforce that understands agriculture,loves rural areas,and loves farmers.Through the use of questionnaires and literature research methods,this paper conducts a comprehensive survey of the actual conditions of the township civil servants' political thinking,cultural quality,enterprising awareness,and working attitude.At present,the positive performance of the ideological and political qualities of the township public servants is:adherence to the leadership of the party,firm political position;improvement in cultural literacy,awareness of innovation;increased awareness of the rule of law,higher legal literacy;the courage to take root and the quality of hard work.The main problems of the ideological and political qualities of the township civil servants include:the lax learning of the theory,the lack of awareness of lifelong learning;not strong awareness of serving the people,not close to the people;working on material rewards,oriented to personal interests;lack of positive and progressive awareness,The work attitude is relatively negative.At the same time,the ideological and political work of the civil servants of townships and towns also suffers from old and outdated educational methods and lacks diversity;the content of education is partial in form and lacks in pertinence;the education team has a wide range of sources and lacks of professionalism;the educational effect is difficult to guarantee and lacks long-term effectiveness..These are mainly due to the fact that the contradiction between work and study is still outstanding,the importance of ideological and political education is neglected,and the treatment of civil servants in towns and villages is lower than expected.In view of the problems existing in the ideological and political education of township civil servants,this study proposes some specific countermeasures:First,we must actively promote the idea innovation of township civil servants in ideological and political education,and emphasize the idea of strengthening people-oriented,self-education,and long-lasting education;secondly,actively promote The methodological innovation of the ideological and political education of township civil servants mainly includes:making full use of the new Internet platform to optimize the educational environment for civil servants in townships and townships;finally,actively promoting the institutional innovation of ideological and political education for township and township civil servants,and building a standardized training mechanism,an effective incentive mechanism,Three aspects of a reasonable assessment mechanism are explored to provide advice and suggestions for the construction of the township civil servants.
