| In the course of growth, all the people will experience a special stage of adolescence. The reason it is special is that, it has some characteristics which other stages do not have. For instance, the physical and mentally changes of youth will occur easily in this period. Young people will even encounter some qualitative changes, which may make youth metamorphoses. Meanwhile, this period is a critical period for young people forming their "Three Values", and youth in this period is quite plastic.A fine tradition in China is always attaches great importance to educate and cultivate youth, it is close to the social status of adolescents. In the new period, youth has played an important role in the process of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics construction. If we take youth as a large community composed of many types of specific groups, young public servants is one of the most important component of them. Set public servant and young people in one, young public servants not only on behalf of decision and intention of government but also represent personality and quality of youth. For their special status, we must strengthen them start from ideologically. This study classifies the necessity and urgency of ideology and politic education for our young public servants, and analyses the ideological problems of young public servants, and also dissects the problems and causes in our current ideology and political education, finally provides some practical suggestions of improve the ideology and political education for young public servants and even for whole public servant team. |
